Solutions to the android.process.media error
Restart the phone

Sometimes an app that you downloaded from the Google Play Store can cause this problem. To check if this is what is causing the android.process.media error to appear continuously on the phone , you will need to start the phone in Safe Mode, where the pre-installed applications can run.
To enter this mode you have to turn off the phone and turn on by holding down the power button.
